Travel of the accommodations, by the accommodations, for theaccommodations

In my case, accommodations is a crucial factor for pleasant journey. There are some places I would like to recommend you guys to stay and places to avoid.

The best place to stay

  • Vence : If you have a plan to travel Southern France, I recommend you stay in Vence. Vence  is a beautiful town which is easily accessible to other cities such as Nice, Eze Village, Saint-Paul de Vence and Monaco and so on. If you stay in a hotel in Nice, you might have to pay extra fee for using public parking lots every day because most hotels in Nice do not have their own parking lots. During my stay in Vence, I stayed in a guest house (Nuits d’Azur) where I met the best owner who was very kind and caring.  The owner served us delicious and fresh homemade breakfast every morning. She also kept her house in clean and good condition.

  • Ronda : Ronda is a Spanish town built on canyon. It is famous for its magnificent views  and bullfight. ‘Parador de Ronda’ is a gorgeous hotel situated right next to the ‘Puente Nuevo Bridge’ which crosses the Guadalevin River and divides the city of Ronda. This luxury hotel is located in the former Town Hall’s building and has a spectacle view of the Tajo canyon.

  • London : London is notorious for its high cost of living. Visitors to London find that they have to pay more money to stay in London than in other cities. There is a perfect place for visitors to stay with cheap price and good location. It is 'International Hall of University of London' which is located in the center of London. You also can have a fresh breakfast in the student dining room.

The worst place to stay

    • Carcassonne : Carcassonne is a medieval fortified town in France. I stayed in a hotel in a medieval fortress overnight. It all turned out into a great mess! A big cockroach appeared in a bathroom, owner simply disappeared and never came back and the hotel was located far from the center of city. The next day I had to check out early in the morning to catch a train and walked about one hour to the center of village with dragging a big suitcase. In my opinion, it is better to find your accomodations somewhere near the center of city. The further your hotel located away from the center of city, the less you enjoy your stay in the city you visit.
